As the first post says this blog is about food and in some cases the application of heat to it i.e cooking. We aren’t going to single out any specific type of cuisine or cooking methods in particular so it makes it pretty hard to sum up what we’re doing in a few lines but I’ll try.
Through successes and failures at cooking and baking we hope someone will find an interesting fact or two along the way and in turn help us with their comments.
It’s not all going to be recipes because it would be presumptuous of us to think we can teach others and downright boring considering our array of skills in the kitchen is nowhere near vast enough to provide ample variety in our recipes. No, we’d like to talk about anything food related; new cheese in the supermarket, we’ll tell you about it, how good is baconnaise? damn good and worth a post by itself. You see where we’re going with this.
